Welcome to offleash walks, Betty, the Seaton Village French Bulldog! It is impossible to look at you without an awww and a smile.
Welcome Penny, the Queen West Petit Basset Griffon Vandeen!
Penny, the adorable Queen West, Petit Basset Griffon Vandeen, has joined our roster of boarders and we are so happy she did! This cutie couldn’t be any cuter if she tried!
Welcome Wallace, the Summerhill Goldendoodle!
Meet Wallace (Wally), seen with fellow Goldendoodle, Leo, who is clearly enjoying the Toronto snow!
Wally’s been walking with K9 Kate’s on group leashed walks for over a month now and is a terrific addition to our group. Plus, he’s pretty adorable! Welcome Wally!
Welcome Otis, the Bloorcourt Sheepadoodle!
Welcome Otis! This adorable pup started on daily leashed walks about a month ago and is doing so well! We can’t wait for more adventures with you, Otis!
Welcome to offleash walks Cooper, the Summerhill Golden Retriever!
Welcome Cooper! We’re as happy as he is that he joined our park walks. He’s so playful and made quick friends with fellow Goldens’ Leon and Levi. We love you, Cooper!
Welcome Muddy Baby, The Bloorcourt Bernese Mountain Dog!
Muddy Baby recently joined us for one hour long private walks, or what I like to call the sniff and stroll! A walk for a dog is about so much more than exercise. It’s all about the smells! Muddy Baby is one of our many dogs on private walks that pick that option for that reason. They can sniff and stroll and smell the world, offering huge enrichment! We welcome and love you already, Muddy Baby!!
Welcome Scooby: The "Uber" K9 Kate's Dog
Scooby dooby doo, we welcome YOU!
This Seaton Village pup was referred to us by our friends at Uber Dog and we’re so happy they thought of us. Scooby started with a private walk to ensure everything would be as smooth as possible for his first group walk. He probably didn’t even need it though :) This guy is a total love bug. Thanks for choosing K9 Kate’s to be your new Toronto dog walker, and welcome, buddy!
The Best of Ponders the Best Of: Our 2025 Recommendations
K9 Kate’s has received numerous accolades over the years for our force free dog walking, training and specialized services like the Re-Treat, a “positive” alternative to board and trains.
As someone who values excellence, I don’t take our client recommendations lightly, whether it’s a client referral to another company or what harness to purchase. Below are some of my favourite things this year. Check out the links and, fellow, Torontonians: stay warm, safe and surrounded by dogs!

Welcome Back and Welcome Barley!
We hope everyone enjoyed the break. Adorable pictures of our boarders can be found on our Instagram (@k9katetoronto) :) While the pawliday coziness was taking place, this Queen West pup joined our solo walks 2x/day so he could walk and sniff and sample all of snow at his own rate :) Barley, we like that about you and are thrilled to welcome you to our walks!
Welcome Percy, the Rosedale Newfoundlander!
Welcome Percy! This big boy puppy (that’s right!) is now a regular part of our days. He joins us for private dog walks around Rosedale 3-4 afternoons/week. Percy (and mom), thanks for choosing K9 Kate’s to be your new Toronto dog walker. We promise to love and care for you at the highest level possible.
